John Grisham       The Testament

I must warn you - it's pretty long, 553 pages, but I enjoyed reading it nevertheless.

The story:

Troy Phelan is a multimillionaire, one of the richest men of the U.S.

He is an excentric single and only searching for a way to die. His heirs, his ex-wives and his children are weiting for their heritage.

Nate O'Riley was a distinguished lawyer from Washington. He had a nice family before he ruined his life with other women, drugs and debts. After his fourth rehabilitation he re-enters the real world and his old company, where he can't work anymore - a difficult assignment is then presented to him.

Rachel Lane is a young woman, who decided to put her life into the lord's hands. She is finished with the modern world and emigrated to a primitive tribe of Indians in the deepest Brazilian jungle.

The testament brings all these three different characters together.

My opinion about the book:
